Our team of passionate Psyched therapists, offering in-person as well as virtual sessions, integrate wellness, holistic health, and lifestyle into clients’ everyday mental well-being. In fact, we are empowered and supported to lead balanced lives ourselves and model optimum well-being for our clients. Based in Massachusetts, The Psyched Group was founded by Kenneth Beaupre in 2014 after his own journey through post-traumatic growth led him to a fulfilling and “psyched” life with a deep desire to help others. The company’s mission is to challenge the limitations of the traditional mental health care model, offering innovative treatments that empower people to move from dis-ease to optimized living.
Currently, our therapists are located in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and many offer online sessions. We have varying backgrounds and use different therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Art Therapy, Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Humanistic Therapy, Couples Therapy, Family Therapy, therapy for individuals, and more.
