About Michael:
Emotional turmoil arises when you lack the assurance and sincerity to pursue a life filled with purposeful endeavors and positive actions. Diminished self-worth, wavering confidence, unhealthy relationship dynamics, dwindling motivation, career setbacks, or persistent anxiety all contribute to a detrimental self-perception and interpersonal interactions, resulting in symptoms that may exacerbate a descent into distress.
Available both in-person and virtually in Massachusetts, I create a welcoming, non-judgmental environment for my clients to help them feel comfortable to discuss and work through life challenges. With me, you’ll navigate difficulties to overcome as well as celebrate your successes to identify, focus, and foster what’s working.
Much of my time is spent with young adults, adolescents, and men though I welcome all clients in need who feel called to work with me.
