I am a Licensed Mental Health Clinician whom enjoys working with all ages. I believe in a holistic health approach to healing. Our mental, physical, and theological self create the whole person. Balancing the body and mind through psycho-education, physical healing and strength, proper nutrition and sleep can do wonders for us.
