I am the Practice Manager and Lead Therapist of The Psyched Group. I spend most of my time managing the team and helping all therapists to be the best versions of themselves. When I do work directly with clients, I help them achieve PSYCHED LIVING primarily by maximizing their relationships. Relational therapy means when our connections thrive so does our individual mental wellness." I am solution-focused and we want to achieve results together. My clients learn to find greater intimacy with self and others as I offer a holistic apporach to wellness. Mind (psychology), body (movement), and soul (meditation) will be integrated so you achieve your best self and the relationship you desire.
